Common Questions About Our Foundation

  • To support young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to pursue their passion for music and thrive beyond education.

  • You can get involved by volunteering, donating, or participating in our events and programmes. Contact us today for more information.

  • Our flagship mentoring programme supports young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) as they move beyond specialist education and step into adult life. Each mentee is paired with a trained volunteer mentor from the creative, education, or wellbeing sectors. Together, they set personal goals, develop confidence, and prepare for their next steps through one-to-one sessions, creative development, and wellbeing support. The programme also offers enrichment activities that promote purpose and connection, alongside safeguarding, supervision, and reflective practice for mentors.

  • All of the donations that the SupaJam Foundation receives are used to run and support our programmes, giving each young person access to vital opportunities. To donate, please follow the ‘donate’ button located on each page of the website and complete a simple donation form. Thank you for your contribution; your generosity is changing lives.

  • We are based in London, Kent, Brighton and Hove and currently only accept referrals for young people within these districts.
